Saturday April 23 Jersey Shore to Lock Haven Loop
Wrap -up
Seven of us braved the “Breezy Conditions” with partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the high 50’s on this ride. Before the ride, everyone completed the ride survey and a winner selected by the rigorous selection of picking a double folded paper out of a plastic bag. The winner was Bill Seward.
This Saturday at 10AM join Bill Faust(#1) and the rest of the club for one of our favorite rides. It starts out at the Rail trail parking lot in Jersey Shore. (They have very nice amenities like flush bathrooms…). We start out towards Sulphur Run Road and the hilly back roads through Woolrich and eventually to Lock Haven. After pausing at the airport, we usually take the flat roads back to Jersey Shore. Usually the wind is at our back on this section, so it can be nice and relaxing or a little fast depending on your mood. THe route link is shown below. The pace should be a typical 13 -15 MPH. Any questions can be directed towards Bill Faust at wbc17702@comcast.net or the President by cell phone at 570-279-1089. The ride is around 40 miles so bring a snack for along the way.
