Friday July 8th Lake Keuka Ride (Day Trip)
The Prez and First Lady invite the Club to join them for a ride around Lake Keuka in New York. We are planning to leave Pennsdale around 7:30 AM to arrive in Hammondsport around 9AM. We will be meeting Mike Horizon there and he will be leading the 44 mile ride around the lake. The ride itself is relatively flat course with a nice view of lakeside properties the entire ride. It is hard to get lost if you keep the lake on your right.We usually stop half way in Penn Yan for coffee and a snack before starting the second half of the ride. After the ride, we will hang out with Mike for a late lunch before heading home to Williamsport. We will have room in our car for 2 extra people and bikes or we can lead a caravan to the start.
