Saturday December 2, 2017 Wallis Run Ride 1PM

Wallis Run Road is finally open, Woohoo!

I don’t hunt and I am tired of cutting firewood so the First Lady and I are riding this Saturday (12/02/2017) at 1PM from the Loyalsock Valley Elementary School on Route 87. The ride up to the top of the hill and back is 24 miles and there are no major hills. The ride is mostly back country roads with a chance to cross the temporary bridge at Butternut Grove Road. For those who are interested, the ride could be extended to Proctor to make it a 33 mile ride or shorter since it is a out and back ride. It should be an end of the season pace (13 to 15 MPH) with no drop. There are only two turns on the course so it will be very hard to get lost. I have included a link to the map and cuesheet below. Please let me know if you are interested in going along by text 570-279-1089 or by email mdhnatin@verizon.net. We can have a late lunch at Pier 87 if anyone is interested. The weather is supposed to be sunny with high near 48 degrees. But parts of the course may be shady so dress accordingly.
