Pennsdale-Green Valley-Beaver Lake Ride 06/15/2019 at 9AM
The First Lady and I want to ride a little closer to home this Saturday so we are leading a ride from the Pennsdale Fire Company at 9AM, We will travel through Hughesville to Green Valley Road and follow it up to the decision point. This ride can be either 24 or 36 miles by adding the ride out and back to Beaver Lake. If the weather is nice, I would like to ride the 36 mile version. Both routes get to ride the great downhill on Mount Zion Road with a nice easy ride back to Pennsdale past the quarry and back on Middle Road. It will be a no drop ride with a average speed of 13 to 15 MPH. Some downhill sections will be a little faster. Here is the link to the route and contour map.
